Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a story about Bhaijaan and his three brothers, who have vowed never to marry because they fear it will separate them.
However, Moh, Ishq, and Love are secretly dating three girls, and when Nadeem Chacha and his two friends find out, they caution them that Bhaijaan will be devastated if he learns about their affairs.
So, they decide to find a partner for Bhaijaan and come across Bhagylaxmi, who fits the bill. Bhaijaan and Bhagya fall in love, and they go to Hyderabad to introduce Bhaijaan to her family. The rest of the film reveals what happens next.
