Featuring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in lead roles, Laal Singh Chaddha is a Hindi remake of Hollywood classic Forest Gump. The film tells the story of Laal Singh from his young days to his older age. Mona Singh plays the on-screen mother of Aamir in this film. Also, the film is being shot across various locations including Ladakh, Delhi, Turkey and many other foreign locations.
2. Brahmastra
Director: Ayan Mukerjee
Probable Release Date: 9th September 2022
This film is the most awaited for the last 4 to 5 years since its announcement in 2016. Now, the film will be released this year in September. The film has Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. Also, the film features Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in pivotal roles. Brahmastra is a mythological fantasy film and has 3 parts. The first part of the franchise will be releasing this year.
3. Liger
Director: Puri Jagannadh
Probable Release Date: 25th August 2022
Liger is a Pan India film that features Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Pandey. The film is a massy story and Vijay is playing the role of boxer in the film. Recently, the film’s glimpse is released on Youtube.
4. Shamshera
Director: Karan Malhotra
Probable Release Date: 18th March 2022
The film features Ranbir Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles. This Yash Raj film is touted to be a big-budget visual extravaganza film. Also, Sanjay Dutt will be playing the role of villain in this film.
5. Tiger 3
Director: Maneesh Sharma
Salman Khan will return as spy Tiger in this third film of the hit franchise. The film is not even officially announced yet but the shooting of the film is in full swing across India and foreign locations. The film also stars Katrina Kaif. Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi is playing the role of villain in this film. The release date of the film is not yet confirmed.
6. Bhediya
Director: Amar Kaushik
Probable Release Date: 25th November 2022
This film features Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. This film will be the third horror comedy after Stree and Roohi. Also, the producer Dinesh Vijan is planning the horror-comedy universe of all these 3 films where all the three characters will come together.
7. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2
Director: Anees Bazmee
Probable Release Date: 25th March 2022
This is a sequel to Akshay Kumar’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa released in 2007. The sequel features Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani and Tabu in lead roles. Rajpal Yadav’s character will be retained in this film.
