Shahid Kapoor has started shooting for his debut web show last month in Goa. South actress Raashi Khanna had joined the actor in Goa schedule.
According to recent development. the makers have roped in veteran actor and National award-winning actor Amol Palekar to star in this web series. Amol Palekar reportedly plays Shahid’s grandfather in this series and it will be interesting to see these versatile actors.
Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma starrer ‘Roohi’ has released this week. The film has a decent start at the box office assuming the pandemic is still on.
According to Bollywood Hungama, the film will cross the 2.50 crore mark and is looking for an overall 3 crore mark. The footfalls for the film is around 2.30 to 2.40 lakh which looks decent.
This is a positive sign for the film industry as the audience is now coming back to the big screen in these testing times.
Produced by AR Rahman, ’99 Songs’ the musical romantic film will release on 16th April 2021. This film was supposed to release last year. Also, this film is AR Rahman’s first production and first film as a writer.
The film will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film is directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy and marks the debut of actors Ehan Bhatt and Edilsy Vargas.
Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi will now have a new release date. The Rohit Shetty directorial was supposed to release on April 2nd but due to rising covid cases, makers have decided to postpone the release date and will now release on April 30, 2021.
