Varun Dhawan follows zero carb diet and intermittent fasting for his picture perfect phsique. Intermittent fasting has gained popularity these days among celebs.

Varun told a leading magazine that he simply eats for around 14 to 16 hours and fasts for the rest of the daytime.

Varun Dhawan told in his Instagram story that for his breakfast he takes coffee and an egg-white omelet or oats.

Varun also stated that for snacks he chooses makhana or fox nuts or lotus seeds. For dinner, he has chicken and veggies. Also, he keeps himself hydrated.
