Tiger Shroff Fitness Routine

In the morning, he hops onto it and runs for a good 45 minutes. This gets blood to circulate across his body and pulls him out of dormancy.

Tiger said to GQ. "Post that (Cardio), I come home and I have my lunch and then I go to the gym. I do different body parts on different days and yeah, that's about it."

On asked which are his go-to exercises Tiger said. "My 3 go-to exercises are the deadlift, the free weight squat and probably, the bench press."

Tiger Shroff Diet Routine

Tiger says, "For a film like Baaghi or Rambo, I would probably have to put on some muscle. I would just increase my calorie intake."

On his abs, he said, "If you cut out the carbs when the sun sets, if you don't have sugar and all the starchy carbs, stick to just protein and vegetables, you will be fine."
