Ranveer Singh Fitness Routine

He loves weight training and cardio exercises at the gym. Cricket may be his preferred sport but swimming is his all-time favorite activity.

Ranveer says, "I think swimming is a great exercise because it’s cardiovascular training, it’s resistance training at the same time".

He adds, "In fact, it works every part of your body. And it’s also repetitive, it’s got a pattern, so you can actually use it as active meditation. I’m a big fan of swimming.”

Ranveer Singh Diet Routine

Ranveer Singh doesn’t drink alcohol. In order to stay healthy and to keep up a good diet, you must eat something every three hours.

Mustafa Ahmed , trainer of Ranveer had said. 'For Ranveer, the first thing I told him was to cut off any kind of sugar from his diet. That was our golden rule.'
