While there was a slight dip on day two, Pushpa 2 rebounded over the weekend, pulling in Rs 119.25 crore on Saturday and an even bigger Rs 141.05 crore on Sunday.

With its current pace, Pushpa 2 is inching dangerously close to the lifetime collection of RRR, which is Rs 782.2 crore in India.

It’s only Rs 20 crore short of overtaking the blockbuster starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan—a milestone that seems inevitable given the film’s tremendous popularity and audience love.
