How to Drink Apple Cider Vinegar?

There are many ways in which you can drink apple cider vinegar. You can drink it in diluted form or can add to your diet in various ways. 

  1. You can add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in one glass of warm water with honey and drink it.
  2. If you don’t like the taste of it then you can use it in salads or adding it in fruit juice.

Daily Dosage of ACV:

You can limit your dosage to 1 tbsp with water daily to prevent side effects. If you don’t have any side effect you can increase it to 2 tbsp with water.

  • May damage tooth enamel
  • Stomach upset
  • Skin burns

If used in moderate dosages, apple cider vinegar is very beneficial for overall health. Also with ACV, it is important that every day you should exercise for 30 Mins so that it will show fast results.
