The story revolves around Satya (Riteish Deshmukh) who is deeply in love with Nisha (Jiya Shankar), but their relationship ends up in separation. Satya, shattered and despondent, turns to alcohol and abandons his dreams. However, fate has something in store for him when he ends up marrying Shravani (Genelia D’Souza), who has been in love with him since childhood.
