Hrithik Roshan's Workout and Diet Routine For Fighter!

Hrithik Roshan has been training for his next film Fighter right now. He is being trained by Kris Gethin.

Kris Gethin during an interview with Indian Express told the fitness and diet routine of Hrithik Roshan for Fighter.

Kris told that Hrithik trains three times a week and he also does cardio for 20 Minutes each day.

Hrithik consumes 4000 calories per day in form of 6 meals. Poultry, fish, egg whites, protein shake and a lot of vegetables.
